This theory indicates that we learn many of our behaviors either through conditioning or through observing others and modeling our behavior after theirs. The social-cognitive perspective also emphasizes the importance of mental processes such as what we think about our situations and how it affects our behavior. Task: Analyze how our schemas, memories, and our expectations influence our behavior patterns.
