Finally Get a great bunch of people around you – find people – one or two or three good reliable friends.  Talk to grown-ups who won’t judge or solve but will listen and support.  Talk to your barber (see below).  Spend less time with online humans and more time with offline humans. When you are online, use good sites to support you - Hector’s House. CALMzone. Childline. NSPCC.  Be someone who is one of those good reliable friends to other guys.  Be brave.
