Policy influencing: evidence based advocacy, launch of a report, organization of a round table on policy debates/discourses, coordinating a CS technical table, inputs to a parliamentary commission etc Advising: providing advisory support, technical support to ministries, local governments etc. Lobbying: face to face meeting and discussions (formal meetings – semi-informal and informal channels) Activism/campaigning: organization of a public event or public communication-statements to contribute to public/political debates (public meting, speeches, presentations), demonstrations, campaign in the media (TV, radio, Social Media)

Select main three stakeholders that we want to target Analyse their incentives* to support our agenda What strategy are we going to use with each of them *Incentives: perceived benefit and/or sanctions - the expectation of reward (something that motivates or encourages one to do something) and or the fear of punishment
