Fig. 1 Phylogenetic reconstruction of partial Zika virus (ZIKV) NS5 coding sequences from nucleotide position 10 088 to 10 606 of homologous sequence from MR 766 strain (accession no. NC_012532) constructed by neighbour-joining method with Kimura two-parameter method. Rate variation among sites was modeled with gamma distribution (shape parameter = 0.21).
