A = achieved results are outstanding due to exemplary function (excellent)
B = clear indication of implemented good PHWA activities including some weaknesses (good)
C = some signs of the actual development can be seen (moderate)
D = no WHP activities. Maybe some ideas exist but in general wishful thinking prevails (poor)

16. Conclusions
In-depth discussion of the definitions and frameworks concerning WHP activities is very important
Local structures and policy of WHP activities had to be taken into account
Current version of the method for the assessment of the quality of WHP activities seems to be valid, reproductive and feasible
Method helps the evaluation of the entire WHP process
Method suits for self-assessments, benchmarking activities and external evaluations in security organisations
Other kind of organisations has been interested as well

17. Finally
Good practice seem to be to create own criteria for every item within the own work place!
The method is an instrument, it helps to develop WHP activities at work places, but it does not develop anything by it selves.
