1 A Pull Force is the opposite of friction force.
There are many forces whose movement can be described using Physics and Trigonometry function. A Force is a push or pulls act upon an object resulting from the interaction of the objects with another object. A Normal Force(F norm) is the support force exerted upon an object that is in contact with another stable object. A Frictional Force(F frict) happens when two surfaces are in contact with each other. A Gravitational Force(F grav) is the force with which the earth, moon, or other massively large object attracts another object towards itself. All objects upon earth experience a force of gravity that is directed downward towards the center of the earth. The force of gravity on earth is always equal to the weight of the object. A Pull Force is the opposite of friction force.

2 Description Robin is pushing a cart exactly at an angle. There is a triangle forming. Gravitational force is always pointing downward and Normal force going upward. Normal Force and Gravitational Force are vertical to each other. The wall is pushing the cart to the left. If the wall is not there the cart will free to move but since the wall is stopping the cart, the wall itself providing a Pull force to the right horizontally and Friction force is exactly to left. The angle that is forming we can make a right triangle. There is a horizontal component and vertical component when the angle is forming. >>

3 Formula In Physics to find the
Horizontal Component we need to use Ax cos Q Vertical Component we need to use Ay sin Q But in Trigonometry to find the same horizontal and vertical component we can use Sin (x)=opp/hypo Cos (x)=adj/hypo Tan (x)=oppo/adj

4 Example A block slides down a 45 degree slope for a total of 2.8 meters. What is the change in the height of the block? sin Q = opp/hypo Sin 45=opp/2.8 m Oppo= (2.8m)(sin 45) Oppo=2m Oppo equals to y
