Chapter 10.1 Vectors

Vectors can be used to represent quantities with both magnitude and direction (such as force, velocity, or acceleration).
The starting point does not change a vector. Vectors only have magnitude and direction. (no initial condition)
Graphically, vectors are represented by rays. The magnitude is the length of the ray and the direction is indicated by an arrow.
All of these vectors are written the same way.
