It is listed as an NPL (National Priorities List) site in 1990.

4. Graces Quarters
 Solvents are used during weapon testing, probably to remove the active ingredients. These solvents found their way to the groundwater.
 Two contaminated sand aquifers, shallow and intermediate, with an in-between layer of clayey silt.
 Main contaminants in groundwater: Tetrachloroethane (TeCA), Carbon tetrachloride (CT), Trichloroethene (TCE), Tetrachloroethene (PCE), and chloroform (CF)
