Seek consent on addition of new informational field in PSLF Load Table for min and max value

3. Inform
Increased DG
Increased push in California to utilize Distributed Energy Resources (DER)
With increase of DG it becomes useful to model to some extent (and may be requested/required)
Can model as gen, or as negative load (nt)
If gen model, might need dynamics?
If load model, what is the maximum output?

4. Inform Energy storage (resource/load)
California has a new requirement to procure energy storage (resources?)
Models needed to inform transmission requirements
Would like to know the maximum demand capable, as well as maximum resource capable (+/-)
May model as load (BATT model)

5. Inform Better load coincidence shaping
Loads do not all peak at the same time (or have minimum at same time)
Having information in the base case to reflect their max and min values can be useful
Knowing the maximum and minimum for a given load can help with programming functions (scaling based on capability, similar to gens)
Can help to evaluate Heavy and Light load WECC cases (which has been an issue with low loading)

6. Request Seeking SRWG input, comments, consensus
Would like to request PSLF (and other vendors?) to add this field in their software to enable users additional information.
Not intended to make requirement. But may prove useful to WECC?
