3. Project ID Here’s some Ideas: Pick a segment to use for “grouping”
Use the % wildcard in the project id lookup Note: the Lookup supports Project ID mask
GC% finds all projects that start with GC
%00 finds all projects that end with 00
%99% finds all project that contain 99
__C% finds all projects with A in the third position
Adding a “last” segment of 1 or 2 characters/digits
00 for the Base Project; 01, 02 for the “add-ons”
0 for the Base; A, B, C for the “add-ons”

Use the Attach a Project icon on the Attachments tab of the Project Setup document to link a “child” project to its “parent” project.

10. Data Project You can think of this two ways:
Your goal is to create a quick reference, not recreate the Catalog tab…
You can think of this two ways:
What Catalog options don’t you want the user to change
What Catalog options do you want to hide so the user doesn’t have to deal with a lot of choices/clutter
Lock allows you to remove (hide) some of the Catalog search options, for example:
Closed (Include Closed option)
Documents (on a File tab, you may want to block the user from clicking Include Documents)
