2 Background Regional groups established all over Scotland (were called Invest in Youth Groups) Came from Wood Commission recommendations 3 year programme, Scot Gov funded DYW West region is same region as the West College Scotland Employer led, hosted by the college Based at Paisley Campus Team all in place from 1st March
