What is required Gartner quote in the report “Preliminary study for the implementation of a portal for the EU Administration”: Government portals are temporary shop windows …. eGovernment plans need to focus more on developing co-operative architectures so that services be seamlessly integrated, irrespective of where they will be accessed from.
