2. Project Topic
As a group of 5 members, prepare a report on a communication issue for a company which is based in Bangladesh. This paper expand on the topics covered on the course.

3. First Step
To facilitate you preparing the final report, you have to write a proposal. You need to submit the proposal on March 02, Your proposal should answer 2 questions.
A. What is your proposed topic?
Identify the research questions you are going to address
Briefly provide the context of the communication context
Explain why it is so important
Your questions should be clear and relevant to your research
B. How do you plan to explore it?
Conduct a preliminary search for the resource (e.g. theoretical perspective) that may consult to address the identified questions
Explain your research methodology
Can the evidence adequately support your proposed argument?

4. Product Specification
The paper should expand on the topics covered in the course
Page limit: pages
White A4 paper
All Margin 1cm
Font size 12, style Arial or Times new Roman
Header : put title of the report in each page
Footer: Page number in each page
Line spacing 1.5lines
Correct Citation and referencing
Spelling and grammar is correct
Attach Cover page that includes company name, Member ID and Name
Include title page; summary; table of content and reference (This will not contribute towards your page count)

4. Appendix (additional charts, questionnaires, sample size 30, business card of employees who you interviewed)

6. Group Presentation Ideally every group member should talk
The presentation should NOT last more than 10 minutes
The course instructor will stop you if you exceed time limit

7. Individual In-class Presentation
It has nothing to do with the group report
You will be presented with a communication topic that has been covered in the course.
You will get 1.5 minutes to prepare yourself. Once you are done, you have to talk for 2 minutes.
You will lose marks if fail to talk for at least 1.5 minutes
