1. Ephesians 4
In Jesus:
1:3 ~ We are blessed with every spiritual blessing
1:4 ~ We were chosen in Him before the foundation of the world
1:5 ~ We are adopted as sons into God’s family
1:7 ~ We are redeemed through His blood
1:9 ~ God has made known to us the mystery of his will
1:11 ~ We shall be united in His plan and purpose for all eternity
1:12 ~ We have our hope in Him
1:13 ~ We are sealed with the promised Holy Spirit
1:14 ~ He (the Holy Spirit) is the guarantee of our inheritance
2:5 ~ We have been made alive in Him
2:6 ~ We have been seated with Him in the heavenly places

2. In Jesus:
2:8 ~ We have been saved by His grace
2:10 ~ We are His workmanship, created in Him
2:14 ~ He himself is our peace
2:16 ~ We are reconciled to the Father through His cross
2:18 ~ We have access to the Father through Him
2:19 ~ We are fellow citizens with all the saints in God’s household
2:22 ~ We are being built into a dwelling place for God
3:16 ~ We may be strengthened with power through His Spirit
3:17 ~ He may dwell in our hearts through faith
3:18 ~ We may understand the full measure of His love
3:19 ~ We may be filled with all the fullness of God

3. Ephesians 4: 4 – 6
Within the unity of the Trinity:
There is One body
There is One Spirit
There is One hope
There is One Lord
There is One faith
There is One baptism
There is One God and Father of all
