Intention : an idea or plan of what you are going to do.
Purpose : a thing that you want to achieve

Budi : Hi, Anto. You are looking busy today. What’s up? Anto : Oh, yeaah. I’m packing my luggage. Budi : I see. Tell me, what are you going to do? Anto : I plan to have a trip to Makassar this afternoon. My uncle invited me to stay with him for this month. Budi : Lucky you. Have a nice trip.
