We need to ask ourselves, (as a Department) a few important questions…
Where to Next ???? We need to ask ourselves, (as a Department) a few important questions… Is this data enough to warrant any changes? Do WE (as the teachers of the programme) have an opinion on the programme? If changes do happen, what are the possible implications and will this affect future data? What do we change, what do we change it to, and why should we change it?
25
Individualised Data This year, I have managed to separate the data for each individual teacher. This is to be used for Appraisal, Development of teaching particular units of work. It is very useful data, as it comes directly from YOUR students. Go through your data and compare it to the overall data. What data is positive, negative, and what are some things you could focus on for 2012 and beyond?
