Mass Activation Mass Activation is a process that allows teachers to activate students during the first day of school. This process will automatically update any entry dates for the campus, courses and special programs. Any students that are still inactive at the end of this process will be considered ‘No Shows’ and will no longer appear in your class list.

Note to the Teacher Be prepared for the First Day.
Teachers must have a txGRADEBOOK account active. Teachers must use the their “PIN” number to “Save” all data. If there is a error posting Activation of a student, please contact the Attendance Office as soon as possible to make corrections. Contact your Campus Admin for 1st Day Procedures.

Note to the Teacher When the teacher enters the txGradebook on the first day of school, 1st period will be “grayed” out. Teachers can not activate or enter students during 1st period. 1st Day Activation of students only occur during the 2nd Period (ADA Period). Any students who are in a classroom after 2nd period and is not activated, will need to go to designated check in center.
