Instead of expecting chocolates each day-as you will eat enough treats over the holidays. We thought it would be a nice idea for you to try and do something kind each day. As Christmas is a time of giving!

Offer to do a job for a teacher

Let someone else in your family choose a TV programme

Get in touch with an old friend or family member
Make or buy a present for someone
Tell a silly joke to make someone laugh
