CLSS section scheduler will offer 
Visualized scheduling distribution
Enforced scheduling protocols and rules validation
Better coordination across departments
Mutual exclusion rules for interdisciplinary scheduling

Report queries by subject, instructor, building and room
CLSS will kickoff after the curriculum proposal system implementation is completed
