THOPHIC RELATIONSHIPS.
DE: VANESSA DE MIGUEL PUENTE 5º A

In an ecosystem, we can group organisms by the things that they feed on. This group forms a different trophic Level.

PRODUCERS Pants and algae are producers :they make their own food.

PRIMARY CONSUMERS Herbivorous organisms are primary consumers:they feed on plant and Algae.

SECONDARY CONSUMERS Carnivorous organisms are secondary consumers:they feed on herbivorous.

Tertiary consumers feed on secondary consumers.

DECONPOSERS. Fungi and bacteria are decomposers:they break down the remains of dead organisms.

FOOD CHAING AND FOOD WEB.
A trophic chain or food chaing represent the interrelationships between organisms on different trophic levels.

THOPHIC WEB OR FOOD WEB. A trophic web or food web represents all the different food chains within an ecosystem.
