2. Growing up
Grew up in Bonham, Texas. (About 1 ½ hours Northeast of SHS)
High school activities: Tennis, Drumline, Basketball, NHS

3. college University of Texas at Tyler in Tyler, Texas
Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Minor in Spanish
Activities: working hard to get good grades, hanging with my roommates, playing tennis on the Club team. (This is where I met my husband!)

4. Work experience
I’ve taught at Nimitz High School in Irving and Colleyville Heritage High School in Colleyville
This is my 2nd year at Saginaw

5. My family I have great parents and one older brother.
I married my Husband, Sam, in January of 2013.
Sam was active duty in the Army for almost 4 years as an infantry paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division in Ft. Bragg, North Carolina. Now he’s in the reserves.
Sam and I have three pets: 2 dogs named Stella and Murphy and 1 cat named Nelson
