1. ASC Incentive on Call Closure %
Dear All,
We are pleased to announce incentive for ASC on call closure %. Details of the scheme are as below. ASC can achieve award under category 1 or category 2.
Criteria: ASC must achieve below on monthly basis
Category 1:
90% call closure for 25 days in a month & overall 90% for entire month. S-code
achievement must also be 90% – Award of Rs. 10,000/- 
Category 2:
95% call closure for 25 days in a month & overall 95% for entire month. S-code
achievement must also be 95% – Award of Rs. 15,000/- 
Eligibility Criteria:
ASC must complete minimum 150 calls in the month
Scheme Period: Applicable for the month of March & April 2016 on monthly basis
