Students receive a “passport” prior to our stay at “Waldsee”
Customs opens at 5 pm on Thursday, March 17th, 2016
US Dollars can be put in the bank and the students get a cash-less account to buy things in the store

Full immersion in the language and culture
Trained native speakers are camp counselors

Principles:
Giving learners courage to use the target language.
Being learner-centered so that learners become invested in their own learning
Offering a linguistically and culturally authentic setting
Creating a real need to interact and communicate
Being experiential, involving multiple senses and drawing on multiple intelligences
Embedding extended projects

Bus cost are going down with the amount of travelers
Necessary number of Chaperones
If you are interested in chaperoning, please fill out the form in your package and turn it back in to me tonight!
Chaperones are traveling for free (within the necessary number – one adult per 9 students.
Additional Chaperones pay $150

16. Registration Fill out student registration (part of your package)
Check for $50 deposit per student (non-refundable) payable to Concordia Village
Due Monday/Tuesday, October 26th/27th to your respective teacher.

17. Schedule of payment and cancellation
$50 deposit (non-refundable) due Oct 26th/27th
$100 due January 21st/22nd, 2016
$88 plus transportation due February 18th/19th, 2016
Cancellation Policy CLV:
More than 14 days before the program: all payments, less the nonrefundable deposit, will be refunded
Within 14 days of the program: NO fees will be refunded
Transportation fees are not refundable!

18. Some policies/expectations:
CLV asks that students do not bring the following:
Language media not in the target language
Electronics (phones, tablets, gaming devices etc.)
Food (including gum, candy, pop etc.
Weapons
Illegal stubstances
Offensive clothing
ALL school rules and policies apply during the trip! (including dress code, language, bullying etc.)
