Clock In/Out At a Consumer’s residence…

2 Arrival at the residence…
When you arrive at a consumer’s residence you must clock in. This is done by using the consumer’s phone or your ClearCare Go app. The information needed to clock in/out is located on your badge.

3 Clocking IN… When you are clocking in using the App you must be with the consumer and have your location services turned on. The only other way to clock in is by using the consumers phone. The clock in number is located on your badge. If you are having issues clocking in call the office immediately. *** Note: Keep in mind you are only able to clock in 10 minutes before your scheduled shift.

4 Clocking Out… When you are clocking out using the App you must be with the consumer and have your location services turned on. The only other way to clock out is by using the consumers phone. The clock out number is located on your badge. If you are having issues clocking out call the office immediately.

5 You have completed the Clock In/Out training session
