4. Always make sure to include all expenses in your chart, or allow an “Emergency” and “Savings” category to give extra room for other expenses.
Pay attention to when some bills or expenses will be more or less than your allotted budget. This can either help or hurt you depending on if you lose or save money.
Always save extra money that you may have that month because there may be an emergency that exceeds your allotted budget the next month.

5. SOME TIPS FOR BUDGETING
Focus on saving your money
Try to use cash over a debit card to help keep track of the money being spent
Cut out some bad habits (excessive shopping, cigarettes, eating out, ect.)
Pay off debts, and keep them minimal
Always balance your checkbook
Be flexible with having to give up so luxuries to pay for unexpected expenses
