Go to USD475 home page and click Sign In in the upper right hand corner Click on Departments, Information Tech Click on the Service Desk icon Or, Click this link:

Problems. Get a yellow troubleshooting paper from your teacher
Problems? Get a yellow troubleshooting paper from your teacher. Fill it out completely and try all the things listed. If none of that fixes the problem, you can bring the yellow slip to the Library with your machine. Or, your teacher can send in a Service Desk Request to have Tech come fix the problem.
