From here, using the menu on the left or the icons on the page, you can: Find out more about a current Major IT Incident Create an IT request or report an IT incident Create a Property request or report a fault View the status of any of your open requests/incidents View the status of your previous resolved requests/incidents Search for any of your requests/incidents Step 3: If you are making a request which requires approval, you will need to complete an approval form, which you can find at approvalspot.place A detailed User Guide is available on the intranet at guidespot.place
