Outside Providers Must fill out the Course Credit Acknowledgement form during the SEOP. CCA form is signed by the LEA, online provider, and USOE. State withdraws $ per student, per credit from the LEA. If the student stays enrolled in the course for 10 days, the state pays the provider 50% of the money ($363.47). The other 50% is held in the “Uniform School Fund”. If the student finishes the course in the standard time frame (semester/year), the provider will receive the other 50% of the money. If the student finishes the course after the standard time frame (and before graduation) the provider will receive an additional 30% of the remaining funds. The other 20% remains in the “Uniform School Fund.” 1/15/2019 4:58 PM
