A few techniques to use to help you concentrate are:
~ Close your eyes. ~ Focus on your breathing. ~ Think of a peaceful place. ~ Imagine a favorite color. ~ Silently count your breaths. ~ Imagine a pleasant sound. ~ Relax your muscles. ~ Loving Kindness Meditation.
