The percentage of C282Y homozygous participants (male and female) whose serum ferritin (SF) and transferrin saturation (TS) measurements exceed the upper limit of the clinical thresholds at (A) baseline and (B) follow-up. The “T-bars” above and below observed percentages encapsulate a 95% confidence interval for the population percentage. “Elevated SF” is >300 μg/L for males and postmenopausal females and >200 μg/L for premenopausal females. “Elevated TS” is >50% for males and >45% for females. All SF and TS measurements contributing to these percentages are pretreatment.
