Identifying risks prior to each event or activity Assess and evaluate the risks, including considering the probability of occurrence and seriousness of the risk Manage the risks, this includes selecting appropriate strategies and implementing Monitor and evaluate risks Basic Risk Management Strategies Retaining the risk Reduce the risk Share/transfer the risk Avoid the risk
