Validus will maintain a >80% satisfaction rate with clients
Validus will conduct annual continuing education with the auditors
Unannounced shadow oversights are conducted annually on 10% of the Validus auditors
The Validus Expert Committees will meet annually to ensure Validus programs and services address production practices that meet or exceed brand expectations in the marketplace
