UNIQUE INCIDENTS
Every time system detects gunfire.
Recordings begin 1 second prior to first shot and 2 seconds after last shot
Any new shot after 2 seconds create a new activation.
Same person could cause multiple activations.
Unique values consist of multiple related incidents compiled into one single incident.
The condition to compile multiple incidents into one unique incident occurs when incidents are within 3 minutes and 500 feet of each other.
