Purify water with Jik A little chlorine / Jik in water kills bacteria safely. A teaspoon of "Jik", "Milton", or "Javel" bleach will purify 10 litres of water in an hour. Two teaspoons of bleach will purify 10 litres in 30 minutes. Gr. 6 Natural Sciences and Technology – Term 2, Topic 6
