Actus reus: Definitional terms
A person commits an assault when without the consent of another person, he applies force intentionally to that other person, directly or indirectly. Every one commits mischief who wilfully destroys or damages property. Every one who keeps a common gaming house or common betting house is guilty of an indictable offence. Every one who, without lawful excuse, is nude in a public place, is guilty of an offence. Every one who, without lawful excuse, is nude and exposed to public view while on private property, whether or not the property is his own is guilty of an offence. Every one who loiters in a public place and in any way obstructs persons who are in that place. Every one who wilfully attempts in any manner to obstruct, pervert or defeat the course of justice in a judicial proceeding. Every person who intentionally or recklessly causes damage by fire or explosion to property, whether or not that person owns the property, is guilty of an indictable offence.
