Figure 1 Arabidopsis plants exhibit thigmomorphogenesis in response to repetitive touch. Compared with the control ‘Untouched’ 6-week-old plants on the left, the thigmomorphogenetic ‘Touched’ plants on the right were subjected to repetitive, twice-daily touch stimulation.
