To access Elior talents, Log on to the Extranet Click on « Log In » Click on the « elior talents » logo And you will be taken to the system log in page.

Welcome to the new Home Page ! You will be able to access certain functionalities depending on your profile. Everyone has access to Home which is your homepage In one click you can : Personalize your portal by moving the different widgets by clicking on : See ALL your actions, for instance, complete or approve a review through My Actions Access Elior Talents User Guides by clicking on the link Elior talents user guides.

Fill in my CV In My Profile through My Space you can complete and update your CV. Here you can… > Attach a Photo. > Provide information about your experience within and outside of Elior, education and training, languages spoken and other useful information for career management. > The extra professional experience section is for activities such as School Governor or Non-Executive Director, etc.

My Results has changed to My Forms
In My Forms through My Space you have access to all your previous reviews > Previous validated reviews will be listed here. Display the review by clicking on the eye icon. Download the review as a PDF by clicking on the Adobe PDF icon

>1 In My News [My Actions] Click on the link and the relevant Performance & Development Review will open. 1

> Functionalities of the form
Save The button « Save » allows you to save while completing your form. Save and Quit The button « Save and Quit » allows you to save your work and leave the form, Be careful when closing the form, do not leave the form by closing the window as the form can not close properly and your manager will not be able to access your form. Print The button “Print” allows you to have a paper version of your form. Export to PDF The button « Export to PDF » allows you to have a PDF version of you form.

Here is your performance objectives review. Your manager will have shown you the system. The first tab [General Information] displays administrative information. >2 If there are any blanks complete the information including the [Review Date]. Your Manager will review your preparation and add any relevant comments to be discussed at your review. 2

>3 First, you assess each of the 6 behavioural competencies. Give yourself a rating explaining your reasons. 3

> Next Career Step > 4 In the first part [Work-life Balance] write your comments. > 5 Grade the two questions on a scale from 1 to 10. These fields are mandatory. Below, you can write your comments. > 6 Where do you see yourself in the next 12 months? Select from the drop down list. > 7 Do you want to change role? Indicate the role(s) that you would like to take (business area, timing, and comments). 4 5 6 7

> Next Career Step > 8 Indicate actions or training required for your career progression. Click on [Add] select a type of action, indicate the priority and the expected goal. Write your comments. >9 Would you like to relocate? If so… Click on [Add] and indicate where you would consider to relocate and when by. You can also add your comments. 8 9

> Overall Performance
>10 You can indicate your strengths and development areas >11 After the meeting, log in complete [My Comments] and tick the box. >12 Save & Quit >13 Call your Manager; they can then approve the review. 10 11
