Why study English and Creative Writing?
At the heart of the English program is a passion for critically, creatively, and professionally understanding and using the English language. Creative writing students take workshops, literary studies classes, and theory courses in fiction, poetry, and creative nonfiction, all with an eye to developing their own voice and style.
