Definition: A tweet is a post or status update on Twitter, a microblogging service. Because Twitter only allows messages of 140 characters or less, "tweet" is a play on the size of the message.

1. Chose a perspective: loyalist or patriot?
2. Chose an account name (must be relative to the lesson)
3. Write an informative Tweet about one of the following topics:
*Second Continental Congress p.114
*Lexington and Concord p.114
*Battle of Bunker Hill p.115
*Fort Ticonderoga p.115 (…and notes)
4. Count your characters – must have at least 140 (this includes letter, punctuation, numbers, etc..)
5. Find two people to write a comment about your tweet.
