Amazon Rainforest covers much of Northwestern Brazil and extends into Colombia, Peru, and other South African countries. It is the worlds largest tropical rainforest. It is known for its bio- diversity. It is crisscrossed by thousands of rivers including the Amazon River.
The Amazon Rainforest has many uses. One use of the Amazon Rainforest is as a home, not only to animals but also humans. It is used for food, timber, fresh water, and oxygen producing foliage.

Most important producer of natural rubber in the world.
Mining
Most drugs that reach Europe and United States are not farmed in the region, but Amazon rainforest serves as a path to drug dealers so that they can deliver their production.

5. How Formed?
Fifteen million years ago , the Andes Mountains were formed by the South African plate and the Nazca plate colliding. The rise of the Andes and the linkage of the Brazilian and Guyana bedrock shields, blocked the river and caused the Amazon to become a vast inland sea. This is how the Amazon Rainforest was formed.

6. Living / Non-Living
The Amazon Rainforest doesn’t have that many non-living resources but the ones they have are the basic things in life. They have sidewalks, roads, and many other things.
The living things in the amazon rainforest are animals , trees, humans, and many others. As far as animals they have spider monkeys, sloths, toucans, etc.
