The process for making your part (trade) of the house is to be showed as network diagram.
An detailed explanation for which machines you will choose for your trade.
Gantt diagram showing the time schedule for implement the multi storey building.
A detailed construction site plan for your site including the needed equipment.
Calculation and quantity take out for the multi storey house.
A complete bidding form is filled out to the client with the final price for the project.
The CM for your company is fixed to 10% on each sub contractor.
Salary for 1 MH is fixed to 100 RMB
Your group may need to corporate with some other groups to find all the prices.
The PPT from each group must also be uploaded on the TCU-VIA platform.
