The transmembrane receptor MIG-13 transduces the signal for anterior migration of the right Q cell in the C. elegans embryo. MIG-13 directly interacts with ABL-1 and SEM-5/Grb2, which in turn activate the actin nucleation-promoting factors WAVE and WASP, respectively.
