3. Budget for Adult MH 16/17 is £23.5m health and £8m social care
Total of £2.37m savings 16/17 (7.5%) and also move £500k money upstream
These savings do not include Public Health proposals (£960k)
Range of developments taking place to modernise services and manage challenges in system; reducing resources, growing demand and changing needs of our population
Primary Care Mental Health Services PCMHS: Develop countywide Wellbeing Hub and partnership with VCS to increase primary care MH provision
Secondary Care Services: Redesign to deliver efficiency target and reallocate resources into MH primary care
Employment and Reablement Pathway: Redesigned Vocational Centres to Hub and Spoke model
Inpatient Provision: Centralised onto a Centre of Excellence
