4 STEP 2 – PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
The amount of calories needed for physical activity. BMR X .3 (INACTIVE) = PHYSICAL (ACTIVE) ACTIVITY .75 (VERY ACTIVE)

5 STEP 3 – DAILY CALORIC INTAKE
The total amount of calories needed in a day. STEP 1 + STEP 2 = DCI (Daily Caloric Intake)
