Sustain productive and positive partnerships within the Meramec community
Review existing horticulture standards and practices
Recommend improved solutions adhering to current acceptable horticultural practices
Execute Best Management Practices in alignment of Advisory Board goals
Establish short and long term goals with Program Director
Implement goals according to Program Director expectations
Quarterly review with Program Director to check progress and gain feedback
Orientation and training
Learn Meramec’s policies, procedures and standards
Implement department budget and strategic planning within program guidelines
