Clip #1: In this scene, Holmes, Watson & Henry Knight meet the hound. What does Holmes mean at the end when he says, “I didn’t see anything”? How is this different from Holmes’ first encounter with the hound in the book?
Clip #2: In the book, Holmes sends Henry Baskerville out to lure the hound. In this clip, it’s Watson. Do you feel more sympathy for the “victim” since it’s Watson rather than Henry Baskerville? Why might the director have made this change?
