14 Expect to Hear ‘No’ It’s a fact in this industry – not exclusive to Tupperware They are not saying “no” to you – don’t take it personal Take Chris’ 20 NO Challenge in the next 48 hours

15 Be Proactive! Have an Open House/Mystery Host dates set in your datebook When someone says “no” to Hosting, invite them to be your guest And always ask for referrals

16 So… Will You Be Good or GREAT in 2019?
