Responsibilities, training, expertise, timetable, budget, etc
Planned evaluations: timing, methods, data, use

4. Recall: Therefore, need to use limited resources intelligently to
Article 56 (3) CPR:
"During the programming period, the MA shall ensure that evaluations, including evaluations to assess effectiveness, efficiency and impact, are carried out for each programme on the basis of the evaluation plan […]. At least once during the programming period, an evaluation shall assess how support from the ESI Funds has contributed to the objectives for each priority"
OPs have between 1 and 52 Specific Objectives (average 15);
Therefore, need to use limited resources intelligently to
to ensure clear coverage at programme level of efficiency, effectiveness and impact, and
to plan evaluations to deliver evidence on impact and how it can be improved.
