English is required for all four years of high school. Why do you think that is? Be thorough and thoughtful here.
As you enter your fourth year of high school, consider yourself and your progress/efforts as a student in English class. What goal(s) do you have for yourself as a student in this class? Really think about this one. How have you been, historically, as a student in English classes? What do you want out of this year?

5. Now, revisit your goal.
Revisit the goal that you established in your warm up. Do you feel that the goal is still feasible, or do you have to adjust it to make it work for you? Create a realistic, measurable plan of how you intend to meet your goal. How will you be successful in English this year? What motivates you to do so? What is holding you back?
