Your position within the District determines which options you see and how much information you have access to. Area Director Club Visit Report Reports used by the District and TI to track our progress

4 5-Distinguished Performance Reports
Also known as the Dashboard Scroll down under the Region column to Region 10, District 5

5 The left side shows a list of available reports.
Across the top you see 3 tabs. Using these you can look at District, Division, Area or Club level information. This is District level. The left side shows a list of available reports. 6-District 5 Dashboard The boxes along the top of this report (arrows) show the reporting date. This can be changed to get older information or a snapshot in time. You can also export the reports. Save these files as excel files.

6 These reports can also be opened from the list on the left.
6-District 5 These are Division & Area and Club level reports. Club level reports will give you more detailed information on each club and how they are doing. These reports can also be opened from the list on the left.

7 7-Other Reports We use the above Daily Reports to check the status of information reported to Toastmasters International. The report titles are pretty self-explanatory except Prospective Clubs. These indicate that a charter kit was purchased and hasn’t been converted to a new club. These expire after one year.

8 8-Additional Reports – District Summary
When you click on Additional Reports, the next screen requires you again choose District 5. Below is the District Summary. The report on this page gives you information as of the day you look. Choose another date from the list to get an older report. Ignore the Annual Reports. They are not being kept up to date. 3 X 2 1

9 8-Additional Reports – District Reports
To the right are the District reports…looks just like Daily Reports list…because it is. However, reports chosen from the red list above, will look more like excel. List A is from the Daily Reports. List B is from the District reports. A B

10 More reports As District Leaders, we are responsible for finding the information that helps us help our Clubs, Areas, Divisions and the District. Look around at the various sites and make sure to bookmark the reports that you find most helpful.

11 Resources There are many resources available to use. You should not be wasting time reinventing the wheel. If you can’t find something, ask. We would be happy to help you find anything you might need. Please be aware that there are restrictions on use of some of these items. The starred item is the Area Director’s Club Visit Report. The 2 items with arrows are some of my favorite free items. There is so much available here.

12 District 5 website – d5tm.org
There are resources available here too. It is important that you keep track of upcoming events on the calendar and let us know when your Club, Area or Division are having an event. Please also let us know if there is something to celebrate that we can post about on the website. Recognition is key!
